About Reliquary Tower
Reliquary Tower, Land, designed by Drew Baker first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 48 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
A deck that focuses on drawing and holding onto a large number of cards, such as a control or combo deck, would benefit from using Reliquary Tower. While it is a useful card in these types of decks, there are better options available, such as Library of Leng or Thought Vessel, which provide additional benefits beyond just removing the maximum hand size limit. Reliquary Tower should see play in decks that heavily rely on card advantage and hand size management, but it may not be a top choice in every situation.
Rules
02/01/09
If multiple effects modify your hand size, apply them in timestamp order. For example, if you put Null Profusion (an enchantment that says your maximum hand size is two) onto the battlefield and then put Reliquary Tower onto the battlefield, you’ll have no maximum hand size. However, if those permanents enter the battlefield in the opposite order, your maximum hand size would be two.
