Rage into the Valley would mainly benefit a black-based Goblin Army/amass deck, especially in Limited or casual formats where making a 2/2 body while replacing the card helps fuel sacrifice, Aristocrats, or go-wide strategies; it is also reasonable if you specifically want an Army token for cards that care about it.
