About Rage into the Valley

Rage into the Valley, Sorcery, designed by Antonio José Manzanedo first released in Jul, 2026 in the set The Hobbit and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.

Rage into the Valley would mainly benefit a black-based Goblin Army/amass deck, especially in Limited or casual formats where making a 2/2 body while replacing the card helps fuel sacrifice, Aristocrats, or go-wide strategies; it is also reasonable if you specifically want an Army token for cards that care about it. In most Constructed formats, though, it is likely too slow: **Night’s Whisper** or **Sign in Blood** draw two cards for two mana, **Deadly Dispute** and **Village Rites** are far more efficient in sacrifice decks, and dedicated token makers such as **Bitterblossom**, **Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia**, or stronger amass cards offer more board impact depending on the format. It should see play as a solid but unexciting Limited/common-level synergy card, or in a casual Goblin Army deck, but it is generally not powerful enough for competitive Constructed decks unless the format has unusually strong payoffs for amassing Goblins.
