About Quilled Sliver
Quilled Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by John Matson first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral.
Quilled Sliver would be particularly effective in a Sliver tribal deck, where the goal is to maximize the synergy between Sliver creatures, allowing for a swarm of attackers and blockers that can deal damage to opposing creatures while maintaining board presence. While Quilled Sliver offers a unique ability that can deter attacks and provide removal for smaller creatures, there are potentially better options depending on the deck's strategy; for instance, Sliver Hivelord offers indestructibility to all Slivers, providing a more robust defensive capability. Ultimately, Quilled Sliver can see play in a more casual or themed Sliver deck, but in competitive settings, it may be outclassed by cards that provide broader benefits or stronger synergies.

Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
