This card would be beneficial in a control-oriented deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's field and controlling the tempo of the game. Its ability to flip monsters face-down and prevent them from changing battle positions can be quite disruptive, especially when combined with its ability to target and destroy a card your opponent controls when a monster is flipped face-up.
