“Fidraulis Harmonia” would fit best in dedicated Synchro-heavy combo decks that naturally run a large number of Synchro Monsters in the Extra Deck, such as Synchron, Mannadium, Swordsoul, or certain Dragon Link variants that can afford to reveal multiple Synchros without compromising their game plan; these decks can realistically reach the 4+ or even 6 threshold while not caring about the restriction locking non-Synchro Extra Deck monster effects. Its strongest trait is that it Special Summons itself as a reactive extender while potentially removing an opponent’s monster, which is valuable tempo, but it is conditional (must reveal multiple Synchros and only works against monster effects on field) and does nothing against spells/traps.
