About Fire Magic

Fire Magic, Instant, designed by Toni Infante first released in May, 2025 in the set Final Fantasy.

A deck that focuses on direct damage spells and spells that deal damage to multiple creatures would benefit from including Fire Magic, especially if the deck is mono-red or has a heavy red mana base. The tiered ability of Fire Magic allows for versatility in dealing damage based on the resources available. While Fire Magic can be a useful inclusion, there are better options available for mass creature removal in red, such as cards like Anger of the Gods or Pyroclasm, which provide more efficient and impactful board wipes. Fire Magic may see play in more casual or themed decks, but competitive decks may prefer more powerful options.
