This card, Expedition Envoy, would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on quickly building a board presence. While it provides a cheap and efficient ally creature, there are potentially better options like Dauntless Bodyguard or Kytheon, Hero of Akros that offer more utility or resilience. However, Expedition Envoy could still see play in a budget or tribal ally deck where its low cost and ally synergy can be leveraged effectively.
