About Enhanced Surveillance
Enhanced Surveillance, Enchantment, designed by Grzegorz Rutkowski first released in Oct, 2018 in the set Guilds of Ravnica and was printed exactly in 2 different ways.
Enhanced Surveillance would benefit a deck focused on surveil mechanics, such as a Dimir control deck in Magic: the Gathering. While it offers the advantage of looking at additional cards during surveil, there are more powerful cards like Mission Briefing or Search for Azcanta that provide better value and utility in such decks. Enhanced Surveillance could see situational play in specific surveil-heavy strategies, but overall, there are stronger options available for deck optimization.
