This card, East-Mark Cavalier, would be a great addition to a white-based control deck in Magic: the Gathering that focuses on creature removal. Its ability to destroy Goblins and Orcs upon dealing damage to them can be very effective against tribal decks or strategies that rely on those creature types. However, in a competitive environment, there are likely better options for creature removal that offer more versatility or efficiency, such as Swords to Plowshares or Path to Exile. While East-Mark Cavalier may have a niche role in certain matchups, it may not see widespread play in more optimized decks.
