Dragon's Herald, Creature — goblin shaman, designed by Daarken first released in Oct, 2008 in the set Shards of Alara.
Dragon's Herald would be beneficial in a Jund (black, red, green) deck that focuses on sacrificing creatures and ramping into powerful dragons, such as Hellkite Overlord. While Dragon's Herald offers a unique way to cheat Hellkite Overlord onto the battlefield, it may be a bit slow and risky in a competitive setting compared to more efficient ramp or reanimation strategies like Through the Breach or Reanimate. Overall, Dragon's Herald could be a fun and flavorful inclusion in a casual dragon-themed deck, but may not see play in more optimized or competitive decks.
