About Clarion Ultimatum
Clarion Ultimatum, Sorcery, designed by Michael Komarck first released in Oct, 2008 in the set Shards of Alara.
This card, Clarion Ultimatum, would benefit a deck that focuses on having multiple copies of powerful permanents on the battlefield, such as legendary creatures or key artifacts. While the high mana cost may be a drawback, the potential to search for and put multiple copies of important cards onto the battlefield can be a game-winning play.
