Carrion, Instant, designed by Geofrey Darrow first released in Oct, 1996 in the set Mirage.
A deck focused on sacrificing creatures for value, such as a black sacrifice deck or a graveyard-based strategy, would benefit from using Carrion in Magic: the Gathering.
