About Wildborn Preserver
Wildborn Preserver, Creature — elf archer, designed by Lius Lasahido first released in Sep, 2019 in the set ELD Collector Boosters and was printed exactly in 7 different ways.
A deck focused on a non-Human creature tribal theme, such as Elves or other creature types, would benefit from including Wildborn Preserver in their strategy. The card's ability to grow in power whenever another non-Human creature enters the battlefield provides a strong incentive to build a deck around it. While there may be other cards with similar effects, Wildborn Preserver's Flash ability and potential for rapid growth make it a strong contender for inclusion in such decks, especially in a format where non-Human tribal strategies are viable.
Rules
10/04/19
If you pay while Wildborn Preserver’s triggered ability is resolving, the reflexive triggered ability triggers and will resolve separately. This is different from effects that say “If you do . . .” in that players may take actions after you’ve paid mana but before the creature gets +1/+1 counters.
