About Unified Will
Unified Will, Instant, designed by Matt Cavotta first released in Apr, 2010 in the set Rise of the Eldrazi.
Unified Will would be a great addition to a creature-heavy deck, such as a Merfolk or Elves tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, where you are likely to have more creatures on the battlefield than your opponent. However, depending on the specific strategy of your deck, you may find cards like Mana Leak or Force of Negation more versatile and reliable for countering spells. Unified Will could see play in certain metagames or sideboard situations where creature count matters, but it may not be a staple in every blue deck.

Whether you control more creatures than the targeted spell’s controller is checked only as Unified Will resolves. If that player controls more creatures than you at this time, or you each control the same amount, Unified Will simply doesn’t do anything.
