A deck that focuses on swarming the field with a high number of low-level monsters would benefit from Thunder Crash, as it can quickly clear your own field to deal significant damage to your opponent. However, there are better cards like Raigeki that can achieve a similar effect without the cost of destroying your own monsters. Thunder Crash could see situational play in decks that can easily replenish their field presence after activation.
