About Spiteful Visions
Spiteful Visions, Enchantment, designed by Brandon Kitkouski first released in May, 2008 in the set Shadowmoor and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
A deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's hand and resources while also benefiting from drawing extra cards, such as a control or midrange deck, would benefit from using Spiteful Visions. However, there are better alternatives like Phyrexian Arena, which provides consistent card advantage without the drawback of dealing damage to the player. Spiteful Visions could see play in certain niche strategies, but overall, there are more efficient card draw options available in Magic: the Gathering.
Rules
05/01/08
Spiteful Visions’s second ability triggers any time any player draws a card, not just when a player draws a card as a result of its first ability.
