Serra Bestiary, Enchantment — aura, designed by Anson Maddocks first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 3 different ways.
This card, Serra Bestiary, would be beneficial in a control deck looking to lock down opponents' key creatures and disrupt their strategies. However, there are better options available such as Arrest or Pacifism which offer similar effects without the upkeep cost, making them more efficient choices for deck construction. Serra Bestiary may not see much play in competitive settings due to its drawbacks compared to other available options.
