Rumbling Crescendo, Enchantment, designed by Lawrence Snelly first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Saga.
Rumbling Crescendo would benefit a land destruction deck aiming to disrupt the opponent's mana base and slow down their game plan. While it can be powerful in the right strategy, there are more efficient land destruction cards like Stone Rain or Molten Rain that can achieve a similar effect at a lower cost, making them better options for competitive play. However, for a more thematic or casual deck centered around land destruction, Rumbling Crescendo could definitely see play for its unique and flavorful effect.
