This Mandibular Kite card would be beneficial in a white weenie or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a quick boost to a creature with flying. However, there are potentially better options such as Sword of Fire and Ice or Batterskull which offer more versatile abilities and impact on the game. Mandibular Kite could see play in more budget or casual decks, but may not be a top choice for competitive play.
