About Inspiring Captain
Inspiring Captain, Creature — human knight, designed by Ben Maier first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadows over Innistrad and was printed exactly in 5 different ways.
Inspiring Captain would be a great addition to a white weenie or aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a temporary boost to all creatures you control upon entering the battlefield. However, there are better cards like Benalish Marshal that provide a more permanent and impactful anthem effect. Inspiring Captain could see play in budget decks or as a filler card until better options become available.

The set of creatures affected by Inspiring Captain’s ability is determined as the ability resolves. Creatures you begin to control later in the turn won’t get +1/+1.
