Fallen Angel Avatar, Vanguard, designed by UDON first released in Jan, 2003 in the set Magic Online Avatars.
This card, Fallen Angel Avatar, would be a great addition to a black-white Aristocrats deck in Magic: The Gathering, where sacrificing creatures for value is a key strategy. While it provides incremental life drain and gain, there are more efficient cards like Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat that offer similar effects with lower mana costs and additional benefits. Fallen Angel Avatar could see play in casual or themed decks, but in competitive settings, other cards may be more optimal choices.
