A red aggro deck focused on quick creature-based damage would benefit from using Dragon Mantle as it provides card draw and a temporary power boost for the enchanted creature. While there may be better cards for similar effects, such as Rancor for a more permanent boost, Dragon Mantle could still see play in decks looking for a cheap and efficient way to pump up their creatures and maintain card advantage.
