About Domineer
Domineer, Enchantment — aura, designed by Jon Foster first released in Oct, 2003 in the set Mirrodin.
This card, Domineer, would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on controlling opponents' creatures or artifacts, as it allows you to take control of an enchanted artifact creature. However, there may be better options available such as Control Magic or Treachery, which offer more versatility and power. Domineer could see play in a deck looking for a budget alternative or a specific synergy, but in most cases, other cards would be more effective choices.

The enchanted permanent must be both an artifact and a creature. Domineer can be cast only on an artifact creature. Domineer “falls off” and is put into the graveyard if the artifact creature it’s enchanting stops being an artifact or stops being a creature.
