This card would benefit a White Weenie or Aggro deck that focuses on quickly building a board presence with small creatures. Basri's Aegis provides a boost to two creatures while also allowing you to search for Basri, Devoted Paladin for additional synergy. While there may be more efficient cards for immediate impact, the ability to tutor for Basri, Devoted Paladin can provide long-term value and consistency, making Basri's Aegis a viable inclusion in decks looking for card advantage and creature enhancement.
