The World Tree, Land, designed by Anastasia Ovchinnikova first released in Jan, 2021 in the set Kaldheim and was printed exactly in 8 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
This card would greatly benefit a deck focused on ramping and mana fixing, particularly in a multicolor deck with a high land count. While The World Tree provides versatile mana production and the potential to cheat out multiple powerful God cards, its high mana cost and the requirement of having six or more lands may limit its effectiveness in faster-paced or more competitive environments. Other cards like Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath or Cultivate may offer more consistent ramp and value, but The World Tree could still find a niche in certain slower, land-focused strategies.

The World Tree’s third ability doesn’t cause lands you control to lose any of their abilities. It also doesn’t cause lands you control to gain or lose any land types.
