Plan the Heist, Sorcery, designed by Fariba Khamseh first released in Mar, 2024 in the set Outlaws of Thunder Junction.
A control or combo deck that focuses on card advantage and manipulation of the top of the library would benefit from using Plan the Heist in Magic: the Gathering. While the ability to surveil 3 and draw three cards is powerful, the Plot mechanic adds an extra layer of flexibility and potential for card advantage. However, there may be better options for similar effects, such as Thirst for Knowledge or Fact or Fiction, depending on the specific strategy of the deck. Plan the Heist could see play in certain niche decks that can take advantage of its unique abilities.
