Omega, Heartless Evolution would be a strong addition to a ramp/control deck that focuses on controlling the board early and gaining incremental advantage through life gain. The synergy with nonbasic lands makes it particularly effective in decks with a high number of nonbasic lands, creating a potentially powerful swing in both board presence and life total. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects or better value, given the unique combination of tapping and stun counters, Omega could be a valuable inclusion for a certain archetype looking to disrupt opponents' board development while gaining life.
