A deck that focuses on aggressive creature strategies, such as a red aggro deck, would benefit from including Mutiny in its lineup. The ability to eliminate one opponent's creature while dealing damage to another can swing the board state in your favor, especially in a creature-heavy matchup. However, there are potentially better options like Lightning Bolt or Roast that offer more versatile removal at a similar cost, making Mutiny less likely to see play in competitive decks.
