Goblin Lookout, Creature — goblin, designed by Jim Nelson first released in Feb, 2003 in the set Legions.
This Goblin Lookout card would be a great addition to a Goblin tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it can provide a powerful temporary boost to all Goblin creatures on the battlefield. However, a more efficient alternative could be Goblin Chieftain, which provides a static +1/+1 bonus to all Goblins without the need to sacrifice them. Depending on the deck strategy and available resources, Goblin Lookout could still see play as a situational card for a burst of power in the right circumstances.
