This card, Eyeblight's Ending, would be beneficial in an Elf tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides targeted removal for non-Elf creatures which can be a weakness for tribal strategies. While it is a decent option, there are potentially better cards like Abrupt Decay or Assassin's Trophy that offer more flexibility in terms of targets.
