About Cloud Spirit
Cloud Spirit, Creature — spirit, designed by DiTerlizzi first released in May, 1997 in the set Portal and was printed exactly in 4 different ways.
Cloud Spirit would be a valuable addition to a blue control deck that focuses on flying creatures and evasion. However, in a competitive setting, cards like Delver of Secrets or Spellstutter Sprite may be more effective due to their additional abilities and versatility. While Cloud Spirit has its niche uses, it may not be a top choice for competitive play unless specifically tailored to a flying-heavy strategy.
