Behind the Scenes, Enchantment, designed by David Gaillet first released in May, 2020 in the set Shadows over Innistrad and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander.
This card, Behind the Scenes, would benefit a deck focused on small, evasive creatures by granting them skulk, making them unblockable by larger creatures. However, for a more aggressive strategy, cards like Intangible Virtue or Always Watching may provide a more consistent boost to creature power. While Behind the Scenes could be situationally useful in certain decks, it may not see widespread play due to its specific conditions and limited impact compared to other options available.

Skulk matters only as blockers are chosen. Modifying either creature’s power after blockers are chosen won’t cause the attacking creature to become unblocked.
