This card would be beneficial in a deck that focuses on casting multiple spells in a turn, such as a storm or a spell-slinging deck. While Weather the Storm can provide a decent life gain in such decks, there are better options like Grapeshot or Empty the Warrens that can have a more significant impact on the game. However, Weather the Storm could still see play in specific situations where life gain is crucial or as a sideboard option against aggressive decks.
