This card, Galestrike, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's board state while also drawing cards for card advantage. It can be particularly useful against aggressive decks by bouncing a key creature back to the opponent's hand and replacing itself with a card draw. While Galestrike is a solid option, there are stronger alternatives like Unsummon or Boomerang that offer similar effects at a more efficient cost, so it may not see much play in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks.
