Skulduggery would be a great addition to a black aggro deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a temporary boost to your own creature while weakening an opponent's creature. However, there are better cards like Fatal Push or Dismember that offer more versatile removal options. Skulduggery could still see play in specific situations where the temporary boost and debuff are crucial for a particular strategy or matchup.

You can’t cast Skulduggery unless you choose both a creature you control and a creature you don’t control as targets.
