A red burn deck focused on dealing direct damage to the opponent and controlling the board with removal spells would benefit from including Radiating Lightning. While it provides a decent amount of damage spread across the opponent and their creatures, there are potentially better options like Lightning Bolt or Searing Blaze that offer more efficient damage output or additional benefits. Radiating Lightning could see play in certain metagames or as a budget option, but it may not be a staple in competitive decks.
