The Orcish Artillery card could be beneficial in aggressive red decks looking to close out games quickly by dealing direct damage to the opponent or removing small creatures. However, the drawback of dealing 3 damage to yourself could be a significant downside, especially in matchups where life total matters. Cards like Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning may be better options for more efficient removal or direct damage without the drawback of hurting yourself.
