Minion Missile would fit best in a black sacrifice or graveyard‑centric deck that can turn the additional cost into value—such as Aristocrats-style decks with expendable creatures (tokens, Bloodghast, Reassembling Skeleton) or decks that actively want cards in the graveyard (reanimator or madness shells)—because the sacrifice or discard can become upside rather than a drawback; however, as printed it is generally inefficient compared to staples like **Go for the Throat**, **Infernal Grasp**, **Fatal Push**, or even **Bone Shards** (which has a similar additional cost but is cheaper), since paying two mana *and* a card or creature for a destroy effect plus 2 damage is below rate in most formats; as a result, it would likely not see competitive play unless the metagame strongly rewards sacrifice synergies and the 2 damage is particularly relevant, making it more of a niche synergy piece than a broadly powerful removal spell.
