This card would be a great addition to a Pirate tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it synergizes well with other Pirate creatures and encourages aggressive gameplay. While Breeches, Brazen Plunderer offers a unique ability to cast exiled cards for free, there may be better options for a commander in a competitive setting, such as Admiral Beckett Brass or Malcolm, Keen-Eyed Navigator. However, for a casual or themed Pirate deck, Breeches could definitely see play and add a fun and flavorful element to the game.
