A deck focused on building a strong board presence with high-toughness creatures, such as a green-white defender deck or a ramp deck with big creatures, would benefit from including Towering Titan. However, there are potentially better options like Avenger of Zendikar, which provides a similar effect of buffing your creatures while also creating plant tokens, making it a more versatile and impactful choice in most cases. Towering Titan could see play in more casual or themed decks, but in competitive settings, other cards may offer more consistent and powerful effects.
