A deck focused on Giants tribal would benefit most from Thundercloud Shaman, as it can deal significant damage to non-Giant creatures upon entering the battlefield. While Thundercloud Shaman is a strong choice for such a deck, another card that could be considered better is Inferno Titan, which also deals damage upon entering the battlefield and has the added benefit of being able to target specific creatures. However, Thundercloud Shaman could still see play in the right deck for its unique ability to punish opponents with non-Giant creatures.
