This card would be a great addition to a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on playing multiple small creatures to overwhelm the opponent. It can help boost the power of your creatures quickly and efficiently. However, there are better cards for this strategy such as Mentor of the Meek or Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, which provide additional card draw or disruption. Serra Redeemer could see play in a casual or budget deck, but in more competitive settings, there are stronger options available.
