This card could be beneficial in a red aggressive deck that focuses on dealing damage quickly to the opponent and controlling the board. However, in more competitive settings, there are likely better options available, such as cards with more impactful abilities or higher power levels, so Incendiary Oracle may not see much play in top-tier decks.
