A deck focused on goblins and tribal synergies would benefit greatly from including Goblin Matron, as it provides efficient card advantage by tutoring for a specific goblin card from your library. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, such as Goblin Ringleader for additional card draw, Goblin Matron's ability to search for any goblin card specifically makes it a valuable inclusion in goblin-themed decks and definitely worth considering for play.

Because the “search” requires you to find a card with certain characteristics, you don’t have to find the card if you don’t want to.
