A deck that focuses on casting a high number of noncreature spells would benefit greatly from including Riptide Rogue, as it not only boosts its own power and toughness with prowess but also grants prowess to other creatures, making them stronger as well. The ability to make a target creature unblockable whenever a noncreature spell is cast can be a powerful tool for pushing through damage and securing victories. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Riptide Rogue's unique combination of abilities makes it a strong contender for inclusion in decks that rely on noncreature spells to win.
